Children are welcome. Children 0-2 years old can sleep free of charge in the same bed of parents. If you prefer, you can ask for a baby cot in the room (an extra charge of € 10,00 per night will be required). For children older than 2 years old you need to book a room with extra bed (i.e. triple or quadruple room, depending on the number of guests)
Yes, all our rooms are NON-SMOKING. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the hotel (either cigarettes or electronic devices): if you wish to smoke, you should get to the outdoor area. Upon availability, you can ask to get a room on the ground floor, with direct access to the outdoor area and private corner with table and chairs. Offenders shall be subject to administrative fines as established by the regulation in force (i.e. Law n. 3/2003 art. 51)
The hotel is linked to Bergamo train station by a public bus: company SAB - line Q / R - stop CASSINONE - available from Monday to Saturday, feasts excluded, from 06.00 am to 19.30 pm. Otherwise, you can book a private transfer independently from the airport (on payment, upon availability): send us an e-mail and we will give you all the information you need.
Thanks to the collaboration with @GruppoCarmeliSpa, at the hotel's car park you will find 2 eco-friendly cars available that can be ranted with hourly rate through dedicated mobile application @MobilizeShare, which will allow you to move independently.

Please note that the parking space is ungarded, therefore the hotel shall have no liability for any damage to objects and persons and is not responsible for any consequent charge. Article 2 of the Civil Code states that children, until the age of 18, have no capacity to act, so they cannot perform acts that involve the exercise of rights and the assumption of obligations, such as entering into a contract. That is why minors in the hotel, alone, can not stay. In other words, they can not conclude the contract with the hotelier that allows them to stay at the property.
In addition, Article 318 of the Civil Code prevents minors from leaving home without parental permission, so if there is need, they can sleep in a hotel accompanied by an adult only if they are in possession of the authorization for minors in the hotel (it is possible to request it beforehand to the hoteliers before arriving at the hotel) written and signed by the parent and accompanied by a copy of his ID. Clearly, the child must also present his or her identity document.

In the lobby there's a relax area with PC, television, bookcase with possibility of book sharing, board games and also a PS4 consolle that you can use free of charge. You can even rent a bike (upon availability) and discover the sorrounding area, through a cycling path you can enter next to the hotel.
The hotel also has a gym, freely accessible and free of charge after signing an indemnity (to declare that you are healthy)
